Frequently asked questions

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have public liability insurance to cover your home and work space.

Are your cleaners DBS checked?

Yes, we require all of our cleaners to hold a DBS.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes, we can invoice you monthly.

Do you except cash?

No, unfortunately we ask for bank transfer after completion of clean.

Am I tied into a contract?

For our domestic clients, no, we understand that circumstances change all the time, we only ask for at least 48 hours cancelation. If you are a commercial client then we have contracts drawn up that each party agrees on.

Do you supply the products?

This depends on what service you require. For our regular domestic clients we use your products. This is due to different allergies or surfaces that may require specific products. If you are a ‘one off’ we will supply required products for an additional £2ph. For all of our commercial clients, we purchase the products and will invoice you for this.
